Abide Care Services was born from a deep belief that developmental disability care should be personal, relational, and faithful. Trent Maddox’s professional journey as an intervention specialist and caregiver shaped the conviction that families deserve more than a system; they deserve a trusted care partner who sees the whole person and the whole family.
The name “Abide” reflects our commitment to remain rooted in the source of life and love. It represents presence, consistency, and the desire to walk alongside individuals and families through every season of care.
Abide exists to become a place where individuals and families feel fully known, fully loved, and fully supported. We started in Ashland to meet a clear gap in reliable, life-giving care options for individuals with developmental disabilities and the families who love them.

Abide exists to become a place where individuals and families feel fully known, fully loved and fully supported. We started in Ashland to meet a clear gap in reliable, life-giving care options.
